MAD LOVE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2023 IS READY TO ROCK AGAIN THIS OCTOBER The 9th Annual Mad Love Music Festival will once again rock the South Shore Conservatory Columbus Day Weekend on Sunday, October 8, 2023 WHAT: The annual Mad Love Music Festival (MLMF) is excited to be back and better than in ever in 2023 to once again rock out Hingham’s South Shore Conservatory (SSC). Featuring an incredible line up of musicians, food, drinks and activities for the whole family, Mad Love Music Festival is a South Shore annual tradition to raise funds to sponsor a scholarship for young rockers. This year’s festival will be held on October 8th, 2023 from 11:00-5:00 in the SSC’s Jane Carr Outdoor Amphitheater. This year’s line-up of incredible performers, includes: DMJ Future Rocker Band, Coral Moons, Chase Stebbins & The Only Known, Dalton & the Sheriffs, GA-20 and Aldous Collins Band. Each year, proceeds from Mad Love Music Festival support SSC’s Dave Jodka Scholarship for Future Rockers. The scholarship, which is open to high school students on the South Shore, covers all expenses associated with performing in the band. Past scholarship recipients have gone onto to pursue their passion for music at Berklee College of Music and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, among others. The annual Festival was established in 2015 by the Jodka family after Dave Jodka, an incredible father and musician passed away from cancer at the age of 44. It was founded to celebrate Dave’s life and create a legacy to share his love of music and inspire future generations of musicians through great rock & roll. The Family-friendly event will also include a Beer Garden, Food Trucks and a Kids Zone with activities for all ages. Tickets to Mad Love Music Festival are $35 for adults, $20 for students and $10 for children. VIP tickets are also available for $100 in addition to a $50 virtual rocker ticket for fans to support Mad Love, even if they are unable to attend.
