In her most recent Instagram photo, Paleta opened up about society's beauty and body standards. She also talked about her personal journey, and how she was going to step away from using filters. "I have to confess that I hesitated to upload these photos. I didn't want to retouch them and we are unaccustomed, or at least I am, to seeing bodies without 'fixing,'" she wrote. "That's how my body is, I do take care of myself, I do eat well (and although there are still traces of all the pasta and pizzas that I ate on my vacations. There are also the traces of my pregnancies, the exercise and the care that I give it). Let's live without so many filters please."

Paleta likes to spend time by or near the water. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself enjoying time in the water, by the pool, or at the beach. "Aquatic exercise can also have several health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength. Exercising in the water can be a great way to include physical activity into your life. It may also be a beneficial way for older adults to stay active. You can even do aquatic exercise if you don't know how to swim. Aquatic exercise can also improve joint use and lessen pain if you have osteoarthritis," says the Mayo Clinic.

At the beginning of last year, Paleta decided to do a detox, and revealed both what she was giving up, and why she made this choice on Instagram. She wrote, "I started the year leaving what is not good for me  (which, in addition, is what I like the most). At least for a while. Each beginning of the year is a good opportunity to cleanse , let go, rebuild and change. Even cleaning people who do not contribute anything to your life is not bad. Letting go so that something new and better can enter. 'Friends' that they are not, toxic relationships that we only maintain out of habit …. That is my purpose for this year. CLEAN."

Paleta has gorgeous skin, and she makes sure to take good care of it. She broke down her skincare routine and her go-to tips in this YouTube video. Keeping your skin taken care of is very important. According to the Mayo Clinic, "Good skin care and healthy lifestyle choices can help delay natural aging and prevent various skin problems." The Mayo Clinic post recommends using sunscreen and other sun protection, and taking shorter showers and baths, as ways to keep your skin healthy.

One of the ways Paleta likes to stay active is by practicing yoga. This is a great way to keep your body healthy, as yoga has a lot of benefits. According to Harvard Health, yoga is a great way to work through back pain. "Yoga helps alleviate back pain by increasing flexibility and muscle strength. Relaxation, stress reduction, and better body awareness may also play a role."
